How Users Opt In

Lumoro collects SMS consent exclusively through our website at trylumoro.com/onboard. Consent is collected at two points during signup:

Before beginning the personalization quiz, the following disclosure is displayed on the first screen of trylumoro.com/onboard:

Consent Point 2: Phone Number Entry

After completing the personalization quiz, users reach the phone number entry screen. Two consent elements are displayed:

Opt-In Checkbox (unchecked by default)

Links to Terms and Privacy Policy appear again. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Users must actively enter their phone number and check the consent box before enrollment.

Message frequency: up to 3 messages per day (morning wellness reset and evening check-in).
Message content: Wellness prompts including breathwork, stretching, reflection questions, and motivational content
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time
Help: Reply HELP for support

Opt-Out and Help

Twilio manages opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) keywords automatically. Users can text STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe. Users can text HELP for support information.

Data Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.
